It’s Hard to be Hot

“It’s Hard to Be Hot” is a sketch comedy show led by two dangerously hot women just trying to survive the tragedy that is 2026. Together, they dive headfirst into the devastatingly real struggles women are facing. Every. Single. Day. Like going to the gyno, dancing out trauma in the club, or dying on set of the next Hollywood blockbuster. Grab your girls; grab your gays; grab your painfully straight male co-workers. This show has something for everyone. It’s bold, it’s stupid, it’s joyful—and it proves that in 2026, being hot is a hard burden to carry.

Directed by Jess Rogers with Special Guest Performances by Lockne Andreoni, Spencer LaMountain, and Keiter Liriano

Sketch Comedy
A sketch is a short, scripted comedy scene. Think Key and Peele or SNL. Some people might call it a "skit," but we never do. Chicago is the home of modern sketch comedy, and today, you can experience it at all Second City locations.
