Guest Performance

An always popular form in which a comedian performs their unique brand of comedy, usually with nothing more than a mic and their own courage. If you enjoy a rapid-fire night of jokes and stories, a stand-up show might be the perfect fit.

Stand-up

This show features performers telling stories crafted from their own experiences.

Storytelling

Toronto Confessions: Love it or Hate It

<p>100% Real Human, the latest Second City Toronto original revue, asks: What does it mean to be human? With a fresh collection of hilarious sketches, original songs, wild new characters, and jaw-dropping unpredictable improv scenes, this show explores the hysterical human experience in a world increasingly run by machines. Written and performed by our talented all-star cast of human comedians and a real live musician, this show is a joyful antidote to the troubles of the day. Close a few tabs and come laugh with us.</p>

100% Real Human

<p>Freshly graduated from their rural high school, Fagabond downloads gay hookup app Findr for the first time hoping to avoid being ‘the weird virgin’ in college. What follows is a series of raunchy, ridiculous, and revealing interactions with various app users, giving Fagabond a crash course in the archetypes of gay dating. Scamming sugar daddies, faceless profiles, straight girls looking for a GBF, and married men, Fagabond meets them all. However, it’s not all bad, as Fagabond finds a mentor in an older trans person, and even begins an intimate relationship with a closeted boy from their high school. On the surface, our show is a brash comedy about gay stereotypes, but at its core this is a story about a young queer person finding the courage to be their authentic (trans) self in a world which seeks to erase them.</p>

<div>A Comedy. A Magic Show. A Mind Reading Experience.</div>
<div>What happens when a magician decides making people laugh is just as important as fooling them&#8230; and then starts reading minds?</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Welcome to Out Of Your Mind—an unforgettable hour where comedy, magic, and mind reading come together in a way you&#8217;ve never experienced before.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>If stand-up comedy, magic, and mind reading had a baby&#8230; this would be it.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Forget everything you think you know about magic shows. There are no top hats, no rabbits, and no mysterious performer taking himself too seriously. Instead, comedy magician Rob &#8220;Fish the Magish&#8221; Fishbaum delivers a fast-paced, interactive show filled with impossible magic, astonishing mind reading, and laugh-out-loud moments from beginning to end.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>You&#8217;ll witness impossible predictions, unbelievable coincidences, and moments that will have you laughing one minute and questioning reality the next. Best of all, the audience doesn&#8217;t just watch the show—they become part of it. Every performance is shaped by the people in the room, making each show unique.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Whether you&#8217;re helping create the impossible on stage or trying to figure it all out from your seat, you&#8217;ll leave with stories you&#8217;ll be telling long after the curtain comes down.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>One thing is certain: you&#8217;ll laugh harder than you expect&#8230; and wonder longer than you planned.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Bring your friends.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Bring your curiosity.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Bring your sense of humour.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>We&#8217;ll take care of the rest.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Come with an open mind.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Leave Out Of Your Mind.</div>
